Thank you for shopping with Handlush! To help you understand exactly what happens after you place an order, we've outlined our processing time, delivery coverage, shipping rates, and more below. Please take a moment to review this before checkout.

Order Processing Time

Once your payment is confirmed, our team needs 1–3 business days to pick, inspect, and pack your order. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. federal holidays. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Order Cut-Off Time

To keep our warehouse running smoothly, we follow a daily cut-off schedule:

Orders placed before 4:00 PM (EST) are processed the same day.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM (EST) are processed the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next available business day.

Shipping Destinations

At this time, Handlush ships only within the Contiguous United States (the 48 connected states).

We are currently unable to ship to the following locations:

Alaska
Hawaii
Puerto Rico
Other small U.S. offshore islands
Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
Other U.S. territories and outlying islands

If you're unsure whether your address falls within our delivery area, feel free to reach out to us before placing your order so we can confirm. We're always evaluating ways to expand our coverage and will update this page if that changes.

Shipping Time & Estimated Delivery

Orders shipped within the Contiguous United States typically take 5–10 business days in transit (this does not include processing time).

Your total estimated delivery time is made up of two parts:

Order processing time: 1–3 business days
Shipping time: 5–10 business days

Combined, most orders arrive within about 6–13 business days of being placed. Please note that customs inspections, holiday periods, or flight delays can occasionally extend these estimates. We do our best to keep tracking information up to date so you always know where your package stands.

Shipping Rates

Our shipping rates are based on your order subtotal:

Orders between $0.01 and $19.99 ship for a flat rate of $6.99.
Orders of $20.00 or more qualify for free shipping.

These rates and the free shipping threshold apply only to the Contiguous United States and do not apply to the regions listed above, which we are currently unable to serve.

Where We Ship From

All Handlush orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse located in the United States, which helps keep delivery times shorter and more predictable.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you can track its progress using your tracking number at 17TRACK. If your tracking status hasn't updated in a while, don't hesitate to reach out and we'll help look into it.

To avoid delays, returned packages, or extra fees, please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout, including your street number, city, state, and ZIP code. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible — we're happy to help update it before your order ships.

Taxes

All prices listed on the Handlush website do not include sales tax. If your state requires sales tax to be collected, it will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address. The final amount due, including any applicable tax, will always be shown before you complete your purchase.
